Hybrid event
Hybrid event reaches an even larger and more diverse audience. Participants can either attend the event in person or choose to participate remotely via the internet. A hybrid event saves the audience time and money while ensuring a larger number of participants for the occasion. In a hybrid event, you can leverage a broader network of speakers by including remote presenters.
If needed, we can be part of organizing the event with you, from finding the venue to catering and staging.
Hybrid event is:
Interactive. We can offer features like chat discussions, audience questions, remote connections, etc., for the event.
Visual. The performers' presentation materials can be provided for both the on-site event and remote participants.
Accessible. At the end of the event, the recording will be made available with subtitles in accordance with the Accessibility Directive.

The prices do not include travel expenses, actor expenses, decoration and makeup expenses. Venue rental fees for shootings are also not included in the prices.
